Suffering from Aspergillus myself I am bewildered. I have so many questions that I cant even formulate and my GP is not an expert and cannot be expected to know about Aspergillus in depth
"What?" say most people (including Doctors) "is Aspergillus?"
I am recreating history.
Many years ago I was diagnosed with a rare from of tuberculosis and had to find out much by myself.
I began a website TB and U (Tuberculosis and You) to record all I could about Mycobacterium Chelonei infection.
It strangely took my mind off myself and helped me through
As I research and find out information on the condition caused by Aspergillus instead of a million bookmarks I will build a website so others may find help.
Those with the disease might also tell their stories and give any tips they have
There are Aspergillus forums on facebook but I will not use that platform for various reasons
I am keeping a sort on diary here of wellness/illness here Trial and Tribulations of auntiebiotics
I dont know how many times a doctor asks me when was your last CT scan etc and I cant even remember the month. Pain, medication and memory are not good companions
IMPORTANT: I am dyslexic and taking strong pain medication so the site is sure to be full of grammatical and spelling errors.
