I would have about fifty members in a site just over 2 weeks old if I let them join but email addresses such a @joinwinnerscasino.com are usually a good clue that they are not about to give tips on aspergillus fumigatus!
On registration I have placed an activation justification field and when they type in "I am joining site to liking to meeting new people" I think Im on to something.
I will join up with Stop forum spam they have a good database of spammers. I dont feel safe on facebook and the onus is on me to make sure people are safe here
